Cancellation Policy

NRBVISIONS LLC General Terms and Conditions, State of Florida, USA Studio Rental, Photography, Videography, Content Creation and Media Management Services ​ Verbal contracts are legally recognized in the State of Florida. They can be proven through the actions of the parties involved, such as but not limited to verbal, text, and/or email communications, or by witnesses who have heard the parties entering into the contract. Additionally, a lawful consideration, such as money or something of value, must be exchanged between the parties. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any service at any time. By using our website, services and any method of communication with us such as but no limited to verbal, email, phone call, text message, etc. the customer consent to this general terms and conditions. It is mutually agreed that the terms of the general terms and conditions outlined in this NRBVISIONS LLC service contract are an essential part of the agreement, and no changes or modifications to this contract will be valid unless they are accepted by NRBVISIONS LLC in writing. Regarding bookings, the fee for the Booking/Services covers our expenses and administration costs, and it secures the time and services of our photographer(s) for NRBVISIONS LLC services. Please be aware that the booking fee is non-refundable. Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis, and dates will only be reserved once a full deposit is received. Please note that no refunds will be provided for canceled or no-show sessions. NRBVISIONS LLC exclusively delivers all its products and services to customers through digital means, including but not limited to email, text, Dropbox, and posting on social media customer accounts. 1. PAYMENT TERMS: The fee for Photography, Videography, Studio Rental, Content Creation, and/or Media Management Services must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by NRBVISIONS LLC. No other payment methods will be accepted. 2. COPYRIGHT: All photographs, videos taken, and media content created using NRBVISIONS LLC facility and/or by NRBVISIONS LLC employees or contractors are the exclusive property of NRBVISIONS LLC and cannot be used, reproduced, or distributed without written consent. However, the Client may use the photographs for personal and non-commercial purposes or for limited commercial purposes within the scope of work under the client's name if the material created by NRBVISIONS LL
